Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made on www.gofans.in and app.gofans.in (the "Platform"), operated by STEHAWK PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U72900TG2020PTC140586), Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Because the Platform deals in digital content and services that are delivered/accessed immediately, our refund terms differ by purchase type, as set out below.

1. Memberships (Subscriptions)

  • A membership gives you access to a Creator's exclusive content for the subscribed period (e.g., monthly).
  • Cancellation: You may cancel a membership at any time from your account settings (Billing → Manage Subscriptions). Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access until the end of the already-paid period.
  • Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable once the membership period has begun and content access has been provided, except where required by law or covered by Section 4 below.
  • If a Creator permanently deletes their account or the Platform removes a Creator for policy violations during your paid period, you may request a pro-rata refund for the unused portion by writing to support@gofans.in within 7 days of the event.

2. Tips

Tips are voluntary, gratuitous payments to Creators and are non-refundable, except in cases of unauthorized transactions (Section 4).

3. Digital Products & Pay-Per-View Content

  • Purchases of digital downloads and pay-per-view content are non-refundable once the content has been delivered, unlocked, or accessed, given the nature of digital goods.
  • If purchased content is corrupted, inaccessible, or materially different from its description, contact support@gofans.in within 48 hours of purchase; verified cases will receive a replacement or full refund.

4. Failed, Duplicate & Unauthorized Transactions

  • Failed transactions: If money is debited but the purchase does not complete, the amount is typically auto-reversed by the payment gateway/bank within 5–7 business days. If not, contact us with the transaction reference.
  • Duplicate payments: Verified duplicate charges for the same purchase will be refunded in full.
  • Unauthorized transactions: If you believe a transaction was made without your authorization, notify us and your bank immediately. We will cooperate with the payment gateway and bank investigation.

5. How Refunds Are Processed

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method through our payment gateway.
  • Timelines: typically 5–7 business days after approval; actual credit may vary by bank/card network (up to 10 business days in some cases).
  • We do not offer cash refunds or refunds to alternate accounts/instruments.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email support@gofans.in from your registered email with:

  1. Registered username/email
  2. Transaction ID / payment reference
  3. Date and amount of transaction
  4. Reason for the request (with screenshots where relevant)

We will acknowledge requests within 48 hours and communicate a decision within 7 business days.

7. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with your bank, as most issues are resolved faster through us. Accounts associated with fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be suspended.

8. Platform Commission

Where a refund is issued, any platform commission and gateway charges attributable to the refunded transaction are adjusted in accordance with our agreements with Creators and the payment gateway.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Material changes will be notified on the Platform.
